Update on our condition - July 18th 2009

Seems that the server is still hiccuping, though we are plodding along and hopefully nothing will go down. I am, daily, saving the forum in total, so if we go down we will only lose a few hours to a day, instead of a month or the whole forum.

There are however a few new things we decided to do....

We added a beginner's uploading section. The staff and i have noticed that we get tons of notes on how to upload and where to -- especially since on the secured file sharing section -- we have a 15 post limit to get in. Most people dont know where are rules are, and dont read them -- so they basically dont know about needing the 15 posts to access the area. I know the staff and I decided that it was also crappy that when someone without the posts would post a sharing topic -- they couldnt see it or get to it -- so we put in our new section


Beginners UPloads


The rules are fairly basic -- there are only five and we use them in every area -- they are for our community's safety. Any upload can go there -- we will then move the items to their appropriate posts. Once the poster has 15 posts, they can go any where and post their own topics in the appropriate areas.


Another thing we are working on atm.... Uploading the items we lost in the last two months. I know i wanna thank everyone for their hard work, redoing old chat topics, everyone uploading their own sharing topics etc. I'm really happy at how kind and together everyone is working on making this a very friendly hentai-packed site. I know atm i am upping things that might be fairly old, mostly to clean out my mega, but more cause i dont remember everything i upped - i will be trying to up most of it within two weeks. So to everyone who is working hard -- i thank you so much and i am working to put things up to thank you as well.


To remind people, if you signed up in the last two months -- you will need a new account -- so sign back up. If you changed your profile, if you changed emails etc -- you need to update your account again.


Great bit of news is that Noc is working on the new template for the front page -- we hope this front page will be much brighter, faster, cleaner, and a lil easier to use. It is going to have a few new elements as well as ways to make the upload topics on front page look less cluttered. So be excited for that coming soon.

The one thing that was erased, that was last reported on the site was that German downloaders are having problems with megarotic -- we are still working on making this site more friendly by putting things on different Upload link. Germany has decided to block some sites, and some sites have blocked them as well. I have put my mediafire link library in my signature again and will try to up as much as i can on both megarotic and mediafire. I have uploaded some where around 10 gigs atm, so if you search some of the posts you might find the files there. If you cant find them there, do not hesistate to ask in the item's topic that you require a mediafire link -- we can all try to find an alternate link for you or i can try to up it.

So there is a huge update -- and now back to uploads.

Tetra's server is hiccuping on us a lil...

Srry to say it atm guys, but Tetra is having a ton of hiccups.

Noc looked into some of the html and thought he found the reason -- that something was over loading the server. We waited a few mins and it was still having a problem.

Sadly we think it is the server it's self. So we wrote the people and are waiting for their answer.

Some new stuff however -- we are working on a new look for tetra still - so something to look forward to soon we hope. Also looking forward to it working >.>

So be patient with us a lil bit while we wait to hear from the owners of the server.

Ddos attacks...

Our hiccups and down time the last few days and probably for a while are due to Ddos attacks. Something that our small site is going to have to just deal with. Hopefully our server people dont care too much. Noc emailed them and they said they turned us off because it was causing a problem -- not much else. They wanted the ddoser to not have a place to go to. So -- we are back up.

I cant exactly say why we are getting ddosed -- especially since we have taken all illegal content from America down, we do have translator's works so they might be miffed -- we dont get really any monetary gain from any of this stuff -- so some of it is odd.

I know we had a joke about some disgruntled members who were banned for their own inability to read rules -- that they might be the reason -- but that is speculation. Oh well -- maybe the ddoser was just a bored tosser.

Egh, one more server change...

As everyone has noticed -- the site is down atm.

Information on what happened....

We had gotten on a server we thought was from a good region. Sadly we were on the same server as a ton of other people and dont really know if it was our fault or theirs -- but we all got DMCA'ed again. The server was taken offline etc.

Lucky for us -- noc was able to save a new database the day before we were taken down -- so some posts and new people will show up.

Yes, the forum is going to have to really change atm -- we are going to have a much stricter out look on materials and fix this -- we dont want to get DMCA'ed again.

Noc also said he found a new server and will be working to get things set up there -- so give us a few more days.

Some new developements.

I havent updated as much as i probably should because Noc has, on and off in the sb and on the Anonib site, updated us as to what has been happening. I will however put up some teaser to show that Noc has been very busy.

Two things that have happened -- we have a new look and some changes to the structure -- we are not on vbulletine anymore and we will have a ton of the same stuff we had before. We also have a new slogan -- hopefully you guys will find it a little bit cheeky and funny like Noc and I did.

Our new slogan is "The Fapmaker" sorta a play on the mentos' freshmaker bs stuff.

Other updates -- atm we have a host that works with bluhentai.com -- but atm the server is being attacked. We were supposed to set up and have things on their server by this weekend so we can start the opening sometime after that.

Browsehentai -- bluhentai.com and tetrahentai.com are no longer affiliated with it in the way we were. We are not on the same server as them and unfortunately the account has been suspended. I dont know much else other then the people who were DMCAing all of us got the sexkey or money account suspended and sadly TK probably couldnt afford to keep it up. Also the guy who was stalking our sites would have had the ability to pick and choose tons of sites that he could raid -- a little too easily. So i suspect BH is down for good.

Shini hasnt come back up -- i saw that they had a bloggie but that newer blog, which was also on blogger -- was deleted or suspended. You cant put up much pron on these bloggers cause Google doesnt like anyone breaking DMCA.

Cant really tell you guys too much else other then we have the forum put together -- all the smilies and posts seem to be there -- we didnt lose any -- so means we will see all our topics and such. We also havent gotten rid of any of the avas. We might also need to change the URL of our site due to some ownership disputes - so expect to change your book mark for it sometime in the neer months.
