I am so sorry i took so long, personal shit, learning how to run crap on the server and errors abound batman.. Happy Late Valentines too -- this is a love gift from me to everyone else, and even myself *shakes on hand*

I want everyone to sign up, see what they can do -- make noise about how bad it is etc.. And yes, we will be redoing some looks -- i am going slowly cause this is a one bitch operation atm.

Ps if u didnt remember or know -- this last 12th to the 14th would have been Tetra-Hentai's 5th birthday. We are still a community -- so tetra is going into it's full fifth year this year. Long Live poor lil Tetra as Tetra-hub.

New name selected and it is....

Tetra Hub. We will get a form of it the URL up hopefully by the end of this week. Not sure if we will get a full forum up by that time though.

Alright guys -- we have the new name. The poll sorta showed early on that we had a lot of people not liking the names that were put up. I took names from about five or six different people after hearing some suggestions and kept them with Tet in the name.

As a group of people -- about six or seven showed up for the meeting -- i felt it was ok and a good small group that could pick a name. Our first name was chosen actually by only two or three people - so it fits that we have another small group do it.

We have chosen that the new Tet is going to have a general upload policy -- meaning we can up different stuff then before. This will be a community based forum mostly -- so uploads are not going to be the main thing. We also agreed again that the Loli/Shota problem is answered -- we will not be uploading it.

Hopefully this week after the name is purchased, we will go onto the host -- which we are narrowing down between three at this moment. I am going to buy the forum software once they say what one we can use -- some do not like vbulletin and some allow it.

There are going to be a bit of general polls and ideas once the forum does go up. I also want to reinstate the photoshop contests cause they were sadly killed the last time. So hopefully i will figure out how to put a banner up on the sucker -- so we can have a banner contest as well!

Anyways -- thanks to everyone and hopefully the name is acceptable. We can call each other hubbies ;)

Slight updates and ideas

Alright, i said i was going to make a formal post on here, and i gave us a lil bit of time till the site will go back up.

Reason it hasnt gone back up is that we need to get a name for the URL. I wont be getting the tetra-hentai.com one any time soon, if at all. So we need to come up with names. I will take ghostface's suggestion -- that i put up a poll here. I need people to vote and also to write in here what they like -- if they dont like the four that i have chosen then they need to suggest more. We will name other parts of the forum later, i am saying this cause i saw some people wanting to name parts of it; that will be nice to get some ideas on those.

Also - general meeting on Sunday with people, my Sunday so Aussies will have to deal with Monday morning. We need people to get onto an instant messinger -- I know i use yim, but i also use msn to chat, or skype. So hopefully Sunday at 3pm my time, which is 10 in Denmark and the UK i believe and then 7 or 8 am in Oz . I can try to have a day long chat where i meet different groups or we can have just one big one that last two hours or so. If anyone wants in on this -- leave a message in the sb, email, or leave a message here. I will need emails from people so i can add them or some one else can add em once we are in the chat. The chat is going to probably be on what is going on with the vote, content of the site, structure and look of the site -- then finally the name of it. I will remove this email later so that i wont get spam.

Hopefully this clears up a few things, I have talked to fluff today -- except i was out doing a few things. I hope to get some definite stuff this week. And thank you for checking up here -- just hope that things go a lot faster now.

Some news for a better holiday.

Alright, when Tetra went down i wasnt sure on what was going to happen.

I suspect i wont get the old forum back, and probably not the name. If i do we are going to decide on what to do really. Some people want to restart a lil bit, so we can get everyone starting fresh. If we decide to start fresh, and i can get the forum -- i probably will archive it and have it so people can view it.

The new forum will probably be on vbulletin instead of the sms machines one. I am looking into buying a license for the software.

As for anything else. I asked Fluff to host for me, he will just be the owner in name mostly -- and probably his usual poster self. I have to really thank him for being good enough to do it. I know i asked a few people and just like me -- we cant really host it due to our future job ideas. Fluff will be gone until about the 6th of Jan so there is a lil bit of time that we have to figure some unknown stuff out.

So, i want to know what people think, ideas for names etc.

I know i talked to Gathius and he and i discussed an all over forum; meaning all topics, all sharing etc. We still love porn and hentai -- but we wanted to include other stuff and make it a sorta all encompassing forum. The forum will probably also be a lil more private; meaning that guests might only see minimal areas -- sharing ones only.

The other thing is what probably set up a lot of the problems. We do not want to house the lolicon and shotacon stuff any more. The people in the UK, some of Australia and Canada are affected by the laws that are being passed; not to mention some of the Asian countries and the US might as well. We want to make sure that people know that we dont want it on the any of the forums we will have -- but it wont be a ban-able offense.

Other then that -- i hope everyone is ok with the arrangement. Most of the stuff will stay the same; some of the rules will be changed or removed but they wont really be that different. WE are hoping that with the newer forum that spam wont really matter -- meaning we wont enforce a 'no spam' thing. Any other suggestions for rules will help as well.

And well the Holidays are coming on, this made me feel that things are a lil brighter for the site -- so Happy Holidays guys -- and i hope to see people and the site up in some way after the 10th of Jan. *hugs and gives presents*

Tetra 3.0 fully operational!

I just wanted to announce that Tetra version 3.0 has hit the air.


Our new tetra is a lil bit the same cause we have the same banner -- but the structure is fairly different.


We added a middle announcement, top posters, our staff -- and will soon add our top uploaders.


Also -- we have decided to count comics in our number bar -- so we have our movies, our japanese manga and games counted.

Ddosing on our server.

If you guys are wondering where we are atm -- cause of the down time -- well the server is being ddosed. And just when things were going good for the new tchan and the new forum update.

I might as well also give some good news -- Noc was finishing up with the new forum face template!

New items:
expanded profile pages - you will be able to add friends, comment on one another's pages.
Our awards are back -- so we can start those again!
The new shout box -- improved with history!
The new theme of course -- will get to see the front page and forum work together -- might even get a second theme too.
We have a set color font option for profiles now -- so you can set one color and never set it again.
We are also debating on removing the 15 post rule -- so stay tuned on that one!
Ranks might come back in -- i had had some in place long ago -- so your saying would change by how big your post count was.

If anyone else has any other suggestions -- we can look into them too -- once the ddosing stops.
