I am so sorry i took so long, personal shit, learning how to run crap on the server and errors abound batman.. Happy Late Valentines too -- this is a love gift from me to everyone else, and even myself *shakes on hand*

I want everyone to sign up, see what they can do -- make noise about how bad it is etc.. And yes, we will be redoing some looks -- i am going slowly cause this is a one bitch operation atm.

New name selected and it is....

Tetra Hub. We will get a form of it the URL up hopefully by the end of this week. Not sure if we will get a full forum up by that time though.

Alright guys -- we have the new name. The poll sorta showed early on that we had a lot of people not liking the names that were put up. I took names from about five or six different people after hearing some suggestions and kept them with Tet in the name.

As a group of people -- about six or seven showed up for the meeting -- i felt it was ok and a good small group that could pick a name. Our first name was chosen actually by only two or three people - so it fits that we have another small group do it.

We have chosen that the new Tet is going to have a general upload policy -- meaning we can up different stuff then before. This will be a community based forum mostly -- so uploads are not going to be the main thing. We also agreed again that the Loli/Shota problem is answered -- we will not be uploading it.

Hopefully this week after the name is purchased, we will go onto the host -- which we are narrowing down between three at this moment. I am going to buy the forum software once they say what one we can use -- some do not like vbulletin and some allow it.

There are going to be a bit of general polls and ideas once the forum does go up. I also want to reinstate the photoshop contests cause they were sadly killed the last time. So hopefully i will figure out how to put a banner up on the sucker -- so we can have a banner contest as well!

Anyways -- thanks to everyone and hopefully the name is acceptable. We can call each other hubbies ;)

Slight updates and ideas

Alright, i said i was going to make a formal post on here, and i gave us a lil bit of time till the site will go back up.

Reason it hasnt gone back up is that we need to get a name for the URL. I wont be getting the tetra-hentai.com one any time soon, if at all. So we need to come up with names. I will take ghostface's suggestion -- that i put up a poll here. I need people to vote and also to write in here what they like -- if they dont like the four that i have chosen then they need to suggest more. We will name other parts of the forum later, i am saying this cause i saw some people wanting to name parts of it; that will be nice to get some ideas on those.

Also - general meeting on Sunday with people, my Sunday so Aussies will have to deal with Monday morning. We need people to get onto an instant messinger -- I know i use yim, but i also use msn to chat, or skype. So hopefully Sunday at 3pm my time, which is 10 in Denmark and the UK i believe and then 7 or 8 am in Oz . I can try to have a day long chat where i meet different groups or we can have just one big one that last two hours or so. If anyone wants in on this -- leave a message in the sb, email, or leave a message here. I will need emails from people so i can add them or some one else can add em once we are in the chat. The chat is going to probably be on what is going on with the vote, content of the site, structure and look of the site -- then finally the name of it. Alright, when Tetra went down i wasnt sure on what was going to happen.

I suspect i wont get the old forum back, and probably not the name. If i do we are going to decide on what to do really. Some people want to restart a lil bit, so we can get everyone starting fresh. If we decide to start fresh, and i can get the forum -- i probably will archive it and have it so people can view it.

The new forum will probably be on vbulletin instead of the sms machines one. I am looking into buying a license for the software.

As for anything else. I asked Fluff to host for me, he will just be the owner in name mostly -- and probably his usual poster self. I have to really thank him for being good enough to do it. I know i asked a few people and just like me -- we cant really host it due to our future job ideas. Fluff will be gone until about the 6th of Jan so there is a lil bit of time that we have to figure some unknown stuff out.

So, i want to know what people think, ideas for names etc.

I know i talked to Gathius and he and i discussed an all over forum; meaning all topics, all sharing etc. We still love porn and hentai -- but we wanted to include other stuff and make it a sorta all encompassing forum. The forum will probably also be a lil more private; meaning that guests might only see minimal areas -- sharing ones only.

The other thing is what probably set up a lot of the problems. We do not want to house the lolicon and shotacon stuff any more. The people in the UK, some of Australia and Canada are affected by the laws that are being passed; not to mention some of the Asian countries and the US might as well. We want to make sure that people know that we dont want it on the any of the forums we will have -- but it wont be a ban-able offense.

Other then that -- i hope everyone is ok with the arrangement. Most of the stuff will stay the same; some of the rules will be changed or removed but they wont really be that different. WE are hoping that with the newer forum that spam wont really matter -- meaning we wont enforce a 'no spam' thing. Any other suggestions for rules will help as well.

And well the Holidays are coming on, this made me feel that things are a lil brighter for the site -- so Happy Holidays guys -- and i hope to see people and the site up in some way after the 10th of Jan. *hugs and gives presents*

Just so everyone is on the same page..

Tetra-Hentai.com has closed it's doors.

I wish i had a lot more time and was able to write about it on it's own site -- but what with things are -- this is the best i will be able to get to write.

Any of you who need anything -- especially those who i have known for years -- just write me here and will try to help out -- i had had a great time with most of you and was delighted to work on the site most of the time.

Hopefully everyone got a bit of a good time and got their hentai.

Tetra 3.0 fully operational!

I just wanted to announce that Tetra version 3.0 has hit the air.

Our new tetra is a lil bit the same cause we have the same banner -- but the structure is fairly different.

We added a middle announcement, top posters, our staff -- and will soon add our top uploaders.

Also -- we have decided to count comics in our number bar -- so we have our movies, our japanese manga and games counted.

Ddosing on our server.

If you guys are wondering where we are atm -- cause of the down time -- well the server is being ddosed. And just when things were going good for the new tchan and the new forum update.

I might as well also give some good news -- Noc was finishing up with the new forum face template!

New items:
expanded profile pages - you will be able to add friends, comment on one another's pages.
Our awards are back -- so we can start those again!
The new shout box -- improved with history!
The new theme of course -- will get to see the front page and forum work together -- might even get a second theme too.
We have a set color font option for profiles now -- so you can set one color and never set it again.
We are also debating on removing the 15 post rule -- so stay tuned on that one!
Ranks might come back in -- i had had some in place long ago -- so your saying would change by how big your post count was.

If anyone else has any other suggestions -- we can look into them too -- once the ddosing stops.
Ah well.

Update on our condition - July 18th 2009

Seems that the server is still hiccuping, though we are plodding along and hopefully nothing will go down. I am, daily, saving the forum in total, so if we go down we will only lose a few hours to a day, instead of a month or the whole forum.

There are however a few new things we decided to do....

We added a beginner's uploading section. The staff and i have noticed that we get tons of notes on how to upload and where to -- especially since on the secured file sharing section -- we have a 15 post limit to get in. Most people dont know where are rules are, and dont read them -- so they basically dont know about needing the 15 posts to access the area. I know the staff and I decided that it was also crappy that when someone without the posts would post a sharing topic -- they couldnt see it or get to it -- so we put in our new section

Beginners UPloads

The rules are fairly basic -- there are only five and we use them in every area -- they are for our community's safety. Any upload can go there -- we will then move the items to their appropriate posts. Once the poster has 15 posts, they can go any where and post their own topics in the appropriate areas.

Another thing we are working on atm.... Uploading the items we lost in the last two months. I know i wanna thank everyone for their hard work, redoing old chat topics, everyone uploading their own sharing topics etc. I'm really happy at how kind and together everyone is working on making this a very friendly hentai-packed site. I know atm i am upping things that might be fairly old, mostly to clean out my mega, but more cause i dont remember everything i upped - i will be trying to up most of it within two weeks. So to everyone who is working hard -- i thank you so much and i am working to put things up to thank you as well.

To remind people, if you signed up in the last two months -- you will need a new account -- so sign back up. If you changed your profile, if you changed emails etc -- you need to update your account again.

Great bit of news is that Noc is working on the new template for the front page -- we hope this front page will be much brighter, faster, cleaner, and a lil easier to use. It is going to have a few new elements as well as ways to make the upload topics on front page look less cluttered. So be excited for that coming soon.

The one thing that was erased, that was last reported on the site was that German downloaders are having problems with megarotic -- we are still working on making this site more friendly by putting things on different Upload link. Germany has decided to block some sites, and some sites have blocked them as well. I have put my mediafire link library in my signature again and will try to up as much as i can on both megarotic and mediafire. I have uploaded some where around 10 gigs atm, so if you search some of the posts you might find the files there. If you cant find them there, do not hesistate to ask in the item's topic that you require a mediafire link -- we can all try to find an alternate link for you or i can try to up it.

So there is a huge update -- and now back to uploads.

Srry to say it atm guys, but Tetra is having a ton of hiccups.

Noc looked into some of the html and thought he found the reason -- that something was over loading the server. We waited a few mins and it was still having a problem.

Sadly we think it is the server it's self. So we wrote the people and are waiting for their answer.

Some new stuff however -- we are working on a new look for tetra still - so something to look forward to soon we hope. Also looking forward to it working >.>

So be patient with us a lil bit while we wait to hear from the owners of the server.

Ddos attacks...

Our hiccups and down time the last few days and probably for a while are due to Ddos attacks. Something that our small site is going to have to just deal with. Hopefully our server people dont care too much. Noc emailed them and they said they turned us off because it was causing a problem -- not much else. They wanted the ddoser to not have a place to go to. So -- we are back up.

I cant exactly say why we are getting ddosed -- especially since we have taken all illegal content from America down, we do have translator's works so they might be miffed -- we dont get really any monetary gain from any of this stuff -- so some of it is odd.

I know we had a joke about some disgruntled members who were banned for their own inability to read rules -- that they might be the reason -- but that is speculation. Oh well -- maybe the ddoser was just a bored tosser.

As everyone has noticed -- the site is down atm.

Information on what happened....

We had gotten on a server we thought was from a good region. Sadly we were on the same server as a ton of other people and dont really know if it was our fault or theirs -- but we all got DMCA'ed again. The server was taken offline etc.

Lucky for us -- noc was able to save a new database the day before we were taken down -- so some posts and new people will show up.

Yes, the forum is going to have to really change atm -- we are going to have a much stricter out look on materials and fix this -- we dont want to get DMCA'ed again.

Noc also said he found a new server and will be working to get things set up there -- so give us a few more days.

I havent updated as much as i probably should because Noc has, on and off in the sb and on the Anonib site, updated us as to what has been happening. I will however put up some teaser to show that Noc has been very busy.

Two things that have happened -- we have a new look and some changes to the structure -- we are not on vbulletine anymore and we will have a ton of the same stuff we had before. We also have a new slogan -- hopefully you guys will find it a little bit cheeky and funny like Noc and I did.

Our new slogan is "The Fapmaker" sorta a play on the mentos' freshmaker bs stuff.

Other updates -- atm we have a host that works with bluhentai.com -- but atm the server is being attacked. We were supposed to set up and have things on their server by this weekend so we can start the opening sometime after that.

Browsehentai -- bluhentai.com and tetrahentai.com are no longer affiliated with it in the way we were. We are not on the same server as them and unfortunately the account has been suspended. I dont know much else other then the people who were DMCAing all of us got the sexkey or money account suspended and sadly TK probably couldnt afford to keep it up. Also the guy who was stalking our sites would have had the ability to pick and choose tons of sites that he could raid -- a little too easily. So i suspect BH is down for good.

Shini hasnt come back up -- i saw that they had a bloggie but that newer blog, which was also on blogger -- was deleted or suspended. You cant put up much pron on these bloggers cause Google doesnt like anyone breaking DMCA.

Cant really tell you guys too much else other then we have the forum put together -- all the smilies and posts seem to be there -- we didnt lose any -- so means we will see all our topics and such. We also havent gotten rid of any of the avas. We might also need to change the URL of our site due to some ownership disputes - so expect to change your book mark for it sometime in the neer months.

Ok since TK left us etc etc -- Tetra is having a few people step forward...

I am going to donate some money -- in about two weeks -- as much as i can. Probably 40 to 50 dollars. I hope one or two of you can help a tiny bit -- we dont need you donating that much -- a dollar or two works well cause we have a great community. We will keep you posted on developments as soon as we figure some stuff out. Donations probably wont start for a little while due to some other circumstances but you can email me or Noc.

Edge and Noc are working on a host (they need some help with donations to keep it up past a few months) TK will then give Noc the site -- it is saved on TK's computer, i guess. Noc is taking it upon his own good will to select the host and to pay the fees for a bit - so if I were you -- i would thank only him for this -- he did something that was worth while and he is going to be around as the Webmaster -- taking over for TK.

Also just to let you know -- the forum probably will be different. I know it kinda sucks atm but the server has sorta blocked anyone from signing in or out. I should know -- i tried to get on and it shows me the same.

Until TK can get on -- actually he hasnt been online for the last few days and I personally dont know when he will be on -- to fix it, we are just going to have to wait for him to do stuff.

SO all sites are safe -- just they arent allowing us to get on. I had hoped to be able to have it fixed about two days ago but i havent been on as much either and I now know for sure TK hasnt.

I am proud to say we are back up and doing some business! So go to the right and click on tetra. Not unlike the other sites we are going to be going a bit slow -- more cause or traffic and also cause of a few things else. I had hoped to have a more joyful update for you guys. Most of the other sites -- including blu hentai have been fully fixed.

Meaning everything is operational. Blu, Shini, Wurm and Browse are all fully working -- so if you want some movie goodies -- go to their site. I have been upping and upping so when Tetra -- if it does -- goes back online.

TK wrote in the sb that what is holding us up is our name -- that the domain is having a problem moving things over -- dispute over area and who owns it. I dont know any other information then those of you do who have asked him and talked about it in the SB.

I also have been monitoring the poll -- yes i put it up for a reason -- more then half of those votes is suspect are by those who are not on the smaller site -- which sorta makes me think that they might be from other sites who were sent here or are the ones who lurk a ton. So i am debating a bit still on what is going to go down when tetra goes up. I hope that about a week after Tetra comes back that i can have one weekend and talk to a bunch of the regular posters about some changes -- either through IMs or on the site itself.

Here's hoping that Tetra gets back up this week.

The forum was saved -- TH - in full -- but it is a bit old -- so means when we do go back up - we are going to be missing some posts. We dont know when we will go back up -- so we cant make a estimated time of it. I have been offered by a friend of mine -- a server to use -- he gave me some time estimate for him to get it done in like a week or so. I dont know what tk is doing for this -- i sent him a service but he hasnt gotten back to me. He found one that he thought would work and is working on getting them to accept us from what i suspect. When we do go back up i suspect we are going to need to make some changes to protect the community -- so expect a meeting between members on it. The community is my main concern -- this wont happen again hopefully if we put precautions. The precautions wont go to Browse Hentai -- that is solely tk's site. I have no idea what will happen to the others, but i know that TK wants those sites to continue as they were.

Our Anonib board is also opened up and running with many memebers showing up. We also have a general section and a spam section besides our picture part.

Xshini is still offering their uploads on their page -- i wish some of them would venture over here and offer the help they say in their sb but they didnt notice my post in there long ago.

Let me say this guy -- if you see posts on other sites on how they can help wurm, shini, blu and tetra -- tell them to come here or just tell them in posts that you need to get info from tk. You can put this site as a short cut -- but i want people to see we do need help.

Also all of you who have helped -- pls -- post if you have -- i want people to know that you have done something wonderful and great for our community. I, personally, want to be able to thank you.

Tk has gotten a grand total of one share -- thank you zinn for giving TK some money to help out the site. Sadly the people who offered to help Shini havent contacted TK at all and I doubt they will. Some groups just dont really care about the websites they frequent. Well me and zinn decided that we should have a site to atleast keep some of us together and sharing a little bit.

Alright kids you may have noticed that Tetra is sending you to a page by hostgator. That is our hosting company. Seems we were living on a tight string because of all the DMCA stuff. Well sadly for us some of the other sites we happen to share a host with -- bluhentai, shinigami, and wurmknight keep getting attacked by people and by the copy right holders of material they offer. Well TK today got a new batch of notices -- DMCA letters. They told him that even pics on the sites were violating the rights of the copy right holders. Once TK got on and spoke to the hosting company they pulled the plug on all the sites. SO that means -- wurmknight, bluehentai(maybe), shinigamiX, browsehentai and even tetrahentai are offline as of now.

Well i sent this link to a ton of people on my YIM and MSN -- srry if people havent found this site. I also gave it to some one who asked for it on 4chan. Sadly our site is still down. I dunno if TK has been on -- he hasnt txted me and i havent seen him on my YIM when i have been on. I think he has been on and I hope he has gotten the note. I know it is just a matter of waiting atm. Shinigami is up so if anyone needs hentai they can head over to browsehentai.com or to shinigami again cause that site is up. Hopefully stuff will clear up in the next two days.
